It is the intent of CBP to procure a commercially available SCIF from an authorized dealer that meets or exceeds standards according to ICD 705, version 1.5.1, July 26, 2021 (see paragraph 3.9). 40 feet long, 32 feet wide and 9.5 feet tall Mobile SCIF Container System consisting of four (4) adjoined 40’ long x 8’ wide x 9’6” tall High Cube ISO standard “One-Trip” shipping containers with an enclosed Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). System shall meet or exceed ICD 705/ IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705 and Sound Group 4, STC-50 standards. All required utilities and network cables shall be run from SOG HQs building to the SCIF location. The installation site shall be approved by the COR before construction begins. Set-up shall include testing for proper operation of electrical and digital outlets, ensuring the workstations shall be ready for immediate use of all components after completion.
