The purpose of this requirement is to modernize a legacy platform delivering priority telecommunications services and to provide operations and maintenance support for applications supporting the infrastructure protection and risk analysis mission spaces. These systems support CISA’s mission to understand, manage, and reduce risk to the nation’s critical cyber and physical infrastructure. CISA infrastructure analysis informs decisions made by DHS and public and private sector partners and assists CISA in framing policy and programs, prioritizing its operational activities and maximizing operational effectiveness through more efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, modernization of existing platforms to leverage Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud native services; cloud-hosted mission system administration; information assurance management; certification and accreditation support; software patches and upgrades; configuration management; user management and support; backup and recovery; and performance monitoring. This requirement does not include enterprise commodity IT operations, enterprise desktop support, enterprise network operations, or generalized agency-wide IT service desk support. This action will be competed and awarded against the multiple award Digital Transformation Support Services (DTSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
