OCIO requires renewal of 1,500 GitLab Premium Self-Managed licenses to support DHS’s Digital Transformation and Agile/SecDevOps initiatives. The licenses are critical for secure, collaborative software development and deployment across DHS. OCIO is the Technical Authority for the DHS Enterprise. As Technical Authority for the Enterprise, OCIO provides guidance, governance, and capability management to DHS Headquarters and the Department’s Components.
