The purpose of this task order is to provide contractor support for the procurement of annual hardware/software (HW/SW) renewals in support of Information Technology (IT) Technology Solutions Division (TSD). Programs and systems to be supported include, but are not limited to the following: • Secure Flight (SF); • Security Threat Assessment Mission Platform (STAMP) • Vetting & Credentialing System (VCS) • Mission Scheduling Notification System (MSNS) • Vulnerability Assessment Laptop Unclassified (Val-U) • Enterprise Analysis System (EAS) These programs/systems are located at TSA locations in Colorado Springs, CO (CSOC), Annapolis Junction, MD (AJOC), Stennis, MS (DC1) and Springfield, VA (HQ). The goal of this task order is to acquire services to ensure the continuous, uninterrupted support for all hardware maintenance agreements and software/license assets in use by the above mentioned programs/systems, in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The majority of the existing hardware and software vendor maintenance agreements expires annually in March.
