The Department of Homeland Security has a need to obtain use of the contractual support for data and analytical services to optimize ICE operational support functions to enable mission success. Services include providing direct operation support for all aspects of ICE screening and vetting, lead development, and criminal analysis activities. Services also include, but are not limited to: conducting data extractions to identify unusual trends, data anomalies, and control breakdowns; identifying possible trends, patterns, and links to automate methods for detecting, monitoring analyzing, summarizing, and graphically representing patterns of relationships between entities; identifying potentially criminal and fraudulent behavior before crime and fraud can materialize; and detecting and reporting elements of crimes involving the exploitation or attempts to exploit the immigration and customs laws of the United States.
