Stakeholder engagement, product management, and business analysis services in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) and platform. Through collaborative partnership with DHS and its Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, International, and Private Sector (FSLTTIP) stakeholders, the contract will facilitate secure, trusted, and efficient sharing of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to support the prevention, protection, response, and recovery from threats and hazards across the homeland security mission space. The contract will drive continuous improvement of the HSIN platform by strengthening stakeholder relationships, gathering and translating user requirements, supporting business process enhancements, developing and executing training, and advancing governance and policy models. By promoting awareness and adoption of HSIN products and services, and by supporting product lifecycle management, this contract will ensure HSIN remains a vital, interoperable, and user-focused information sharing hub for homeland security professionals.
