The purpose of this requirement is to obtain full-time on-site contractor logistics support for the United States Coast Guard’s (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Small Boat Product Line (SBPL). These services include, but are not limited to, the following: Depot Level Repair and Specification development and modification and Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO) development and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) development and modification. SFLC SBPL requires the contractor to provide two contractors on-site at the SBPL Norfolk, VA office.
