This requirement provides content, platform, technical, and license support services for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Learning Center, an SAP SuccessFactors-based Learning Management System (LMS). The contractor will administer the LMS, manage user licenses, develop and maintain online training content, provide technical support, and support training delivery for approximately 30,000 ORR staff, grantees, and care provider personnel to ensure compliance with ORR policies, training requirements, and program objectives.
