The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requires contractor support to design and implement a standardized child abuse prevention audit program for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) Care Provider facilities. The contractor will conduct compliance audits, perform onsite assessments and interviews, provide technical assistance to address compliance deficiencies, analyze audit and program data, and develop reporting tools and dashboards to support ORR's oversight responsibilities under 45 CFR Part 411. The requirement is intended to strengthen ORR's ability to prevent, detect, and respond to child abuse and neglect while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in ORR-funded residential care
