The Contractor shall provide licensing for approximately 750 students and 150 instructors/staff, maintain and update the software, address bugs, and ensure compatibility with technological advancements. Software updates must support curriculum changes, enhance security, and maintain accreditation. The contract must provide scalability for additional licenses, modules, or convenings as operational needs evolve, with flexibility to meet surge training demands within the contract's period of performance.
