The Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Executive Programs (OEP), Product Jurisdiction Team provides classification and jurisdiction decisions for the Center. These decisions have been maintained in email. OEP would like to use contractor support to catalog and organize the historic policy actions and designations for Combination and non-combination Products to facilitate efficient, consistent, and predictable product designations and regulations going forward.
