1) the removal and replacement of four (4) rooftop HVAC systems at our facility. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing HVAC units and their integration with the roof structure, identifying any deficiencies or areas of concern, and recommending the most effective solutions: whether that involves targeted replacement, full system upgrades, or necessary modifications to ensure proper installation and operation. This project will help maintain the safety, comfort, and functionality of the facility while protecting the building’s infrastructure for the long term. 2) the installation of an additional air conditioning unit for the computer server room to enhance cooling capacity and protect critical IT infrastructure. 3) FEMA requests vendors to repair or replace the two (2)-warehouse heating and ventilation units. The Navy has indicated these units require new piping; also, these units generate excessive noise during operation; vendors are asked to propose solutions to address both issues and make them operable.
