The QuantStudio 5 is factory-calibrated for quick installation and immediate use, and requires minimal calibration for easy maintenance. The system (with full-function touchscreen) detects differences in target quantity as low as 1.5-fold, allows remote monitoring, and features optional cloud-based Applied Biosystems analysis modules and data sharing. It is a small footprint system with fixed blocks, and it supports 96-well (0.2ml or 0.1ml) and 384-well consumables. The system also features multiplexing capabilities for up to 6 targets and software to enable 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Applied Biosystems 96-well blocks feature VeriFlex technology with six independent temperature zones (for the 96-well blocks) for precise temperature control and optimization. These 4 instruments will be purchased with ORTS' bundle purchase.
