The Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center has identified a need to better transition Procurement, Construction, and Improvement (PC&I) projects from acquisition to sustainment. Provide implementation of Courses of Action’s recommendation of the Organizational Level Maintenance (OLM) Integrated Process Team, for PC&I projects for Coast Guard projects, by providing “Turn Key” facilities to Coast Guard units prior to beneficial occupancy by ensuring that Shore Asset Management accurately reflects the unit equipment inventory and OLM requirements for that equipment.
