The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Policy, Plans, and Engagement’s (PPE) Operational Readiness, Policy Management and Analysis Division’s (OR-PMA) Intermodal Security Training and Exercise Program is seeking contracting support for the training and exercise support work. The contractor's scope of services includes management and support of the development, deployment and evaluation of training and exercise performed within the Transportation System sector. This includes such tasks as research and analysis; technical writing; group facilitation, stakeholder engagement; and project management, which are necessary to support the TSA's statutory obligation. The contractor’s scope also includes providing multi-disciplinary services to assist in supporting TSA’s requirements. The Contractor provides all personnel, equipment, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the required support services for the ISTEP program.
