The Unaccompanied Alien Children Office of the Ombuds (UACOO) is an independent office within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) responsible for receiving, reviewing, investigating, and helping resolve confidential reports and inquiries regarding the Office of Refugee Resettlement's (ORR) implementation of the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) Program.
