VSG Contract - Packaging Chemist - Huayi Wang - This contractor is working on developing critically needed challenge tests which will be used to determine whether industry recycling processes used for plastic (polyolefin) packaging remove chemical contaminants that are present due to consumer use and misuse. The challenge tests and information gained from this project will also enable FDA review chemists to evaluate premarket notification consultation (PNC) submissions of recycled polyolefins intended for food packaging applications.
