TSA seeks to obtain maintenance support for its nationwide A/V and VTC endpoints. This support would include the operation of help desk, remote troubleshooting, and when applicable, on-site technical dispatch support. The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) coverage will be applied to identified TSA A/V and VTC configurations throughout the nation.
