What the Decision Ledger is
The Decision Ledger is CaptureIQ's tenant-scoped record of material capture actions and outcomes for opportunities in your organization - for example qualification results, human overrides, packet readiness, review decisions, and recorded win/loss outcomes.
What we record
- Opportunity identifiers, agency metadata, and workflow status changes
- Fit scoring timestamps and recommendation labels (not a final bid decision)
- Human review and approval events where the product workflow requires them
- Packet generation and readiness signals
- Outcome fields your team records (submitted, won, lost, no-bid)
Human control
- CaptureIQ does not submit proposals to agencies automatically.
- Bid / no-bid and final authorization remain human decisions.
- AI-generated drafts require review before they are treated as final.
