Packet speed - evidence and methodology

Last updated: July 21, 2026

What we claim

CaptureIQ is designed so a prepared tenant can move from a qualified opportunity to a review-ready draft packet quickly after scoring and document context are available. Marketing language about "speed to first packet" refers to assisted assembly of draft artifacts - not award outcomes, compliance certification, or automatic submission.

How timing is measured

  • Timing starts after an opportunity is already in the tenant pipeline with fit scoring and company materials available.
  • Timing ends when draft packet files are written for human review (not when a proposal is submitted to an agency).
  • Results vary with solicitation size, attachment volume, AI provider latency, plan entitlements, and network conditions.
  • Operator demos may publish specific wall-clock examples; those examples are environment-specific and are not a service-level guarantee.

What we do not claim

  • We do not guarantee a fixed minutes-to-packet for every opportunity.
  • We do not claim that draft packets are submission-ready without human review.
  • We do not claim that speed improves win probability by itself.
  • We do not auto-submit proposals to SAM.gov or any agency portal.
