How to read CaptureIQ claims
CaptureIQ has produced multiple review-ready packet drafts within minutes in controlled product demonstrations. Timing examples on this site describe assisted assembly of draft artifacts after qualification and document context are available. They are not customer deployment SLAs, award outcomes, or guarantees for every solicitation.
Homepage and marketing pipeline panels labeled ILLUSTRATIVE or SAMPLE are UI examples of the capture workflow. They are not live tenant metrics. Timing tables on this page describe controlled product demonstrations only.
Configured workflow decisions, reviewer actions, and authorization events are recorded in the Decision Ledger. CaptureIQ does not auto-submit proposals and does not replace human bid/no-bid judgment.
Controlled demonstration framing
- Results below are controlled product demonstrations, not independently audited customer case studies.
- Timing starts after opportunities are already in a prepared tenant pipeline with fit scoring and company materials available.
- Timing ends when draft packet files are written for human review, not when a proposal is submitted to an agency.
- Models, latency, attachment volume, plan entitlements, and network conditions affect wall-clock time.

What we measure when reporting volume
- Opportunity source (for example SAM.gov catalog or tenant live key)
- Rules applied before model scoring (keyword / eligibility gates)
- Count passing initial gate versus AI-qualified
- Number of draft packets produced for human review
- Human-review checkpoints required before any submission disposition
- Whether the run was a controlled demonstration or a customer production tenant
Decision Ledger coverage
The Decision Ledger records material capture actions and outcomes for opportunities in your organization. Prefer accurate wording: configured workflow decisions, reviewer actions, and authorization events are recorded for accountability.
Competitive comparisons
Comparison ratings use publicly available product information reviewed on the dates shown. When evidence is incomplete or unavailable, capabilities are labeled Not publicly validated. That status does not mean a vendor lacks the capability.
What we do not claim
- CaptureIQ is not a FedRAMP-authorized product. Provider authorizations do not constitute a FedRAMP authorization for CaptureIQ itself.
- CaptureIQ does not auto-submit proposals to SAM.gov or any agency portal.
- We do not guarantee a fixed minutes-to-packet time for every opportunity.
- Draft packets require human review before they are treated as final.
- We do not claim that workflow speed alone improves win probability.
- We do not describe controlled demonstrations as customer deployments or as the "fastest" capture workflow without comparative evidence.
