Research abstract

Metronome integrates and expands on key open source technologies in the areas of messaging, blockchains, and cloud deployment systems in order to deliver to the Government a comprehensive, secure messaging platform that enables its users to implicitly trust the content that is being delivered and accessed without the need to constantly authenticate others. The Decentralized Messaging Platform (DMPL) decentralizes authentication, increasing system transparency, assurance, resistance to outside threats and increasing the resilience, reliability, and availability of government information secured and stored in traditional manners.
