Research abstract

Two types of pixels will be interleaved in the same array to obtain both passive imaging and imaging synchronized with a laser pulse. The synchronized array will be controlled with a gating clock that will be locked to the laser using a locally generated search algorithm. Standard SiGe processes will be investigated to determine their suitability for infrared absorption at 1064nm.
