Research abstract

Boulder Nonlinear Systems proposes to develop significantly improved adaptive polymer lenses (APLs) for use in a variety of imaging systems. APLs will be fabricated and characterized for focal length and optical properties. Electro-mechanical actuators will be investigated. An optical zoom system using the APLs developed on this contract will also be designed and included as part of the final report.
