Research abstract

Correct-by-construction radhard-by-design NCL-style asynchronous circuits are generated using a high-level compiler. SEU-induced glitches are detected and the circuit pipeline is flushed and restarted without effecting the rest of the circuit. A 130nm ASIC is manufactured containing an efficient FFT suitable for GPS M-code direct acquisition. Partially automated design exploration allows the user to tradeoff between throughput, resources and energy.
