Research abstract

The Resonant Microsystems SBIR project aims to develop high-fill-factor micromirror arrays to provide rapid and efficient beam steering for pointing and tracking, imaging, and designation. The proposed Phase II work will develop and optimize the micromirror devices and provide a small-scale demonstration of the arrays needed for typical large apertures.
