Research abstract

MYMIC LLC is teaming with MAK Technologies and Ezenia Inc to develop a prototype AOC Lifecycle Training Capability (ALTC). The ALTC will consist of a Collaborative Information & Training Environment (CITE), a Training Management and Collaboration System (TMCS) and an ALTC Knowledgebase (AKB). The CITE will integrate Ezenia’s InfoWorkSpace with MAK’s QuickStrike and other training facilitation tools to create CIE based training. TMCS will support identification of individual and team capabilities based training readiness as well as support the selection of training interventions and the collaboration between training stakeholders. The ALTC will fill an AOC training gap between institutional and unit individual training and major AOC exercises.
