Research abstract

Under the Phase II effort, CG2 and Radiance Technologies will implement a complete, user-friendly software package that will allow users to go from raw LIDAR data to complex 3D databases for use in real-time and non-real-time applications. The user will be able to ingest high resolution, non-nadir LIDAR data, perform advanced feature extraction algorithms and develop new databases or enhance existing databases with high-resolution LIDAR insets for use in military and civil applications.
