Policy Manager for Access Controls in a Tactical Environment

NetCentric Technology, Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal for the development of a policy manager for access controls. Our policy manager for access controls will develop authorization policies for users, roles, objects and services that supports Distributive Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A), Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) and the Army’s migration to Joint Command and Control (JC2), Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) and Future Combat Systems (FCS). ). The objective of this Phase II proposal is to design and develop an Policy Manager for Access Control (PMAC) that generates and manages authorization polices based on attributes associated with user’s, roles, objects and services. PMAC will be scaleable across the Army enterprise by allowing for the decentralized management and local enforcement of the access control policies, and allow for authorization policies that are interoperability between Community of Interests (COIs) or domains.
