Research abstract

Triton Systems Inc. proposes to develop a long lasting insecticide-treated bednet (LLITN) with high insecticidal efficacy, long lasting residual property, UV-resistance, lightweight, durability, and ease of assembly. The proposed LLITN will be able to repel, block, and kill mosquitoes, sandflies, and crawling pests to protect soldiers from biting insects in dessert climate region. The design of the bednet makes it free standing, fully enclosed, and light-weighted.
