Research abstract

The current web-based cognitive leadership challenge application used by the Army does not meet requirements. This proposal outlines how to fulfill the existing opportunity to develop a web-based tool that integrates seamlessly with professional forums, provides leaders a dynamic system in which to showcase cutting-edge leadership challenges, engages participants in a user-friendly developmental interface, fosters learning that impacts performance, and displays the adaptability and portability necessary to commercialize across a wide array of Federal Agencies, as well as private, non-profit, and academic organizations.
