Research abstract

Data Fusion Corporation (DFC) and Lockheed-Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors-Tactical Systems propose the development and synthesis of algorithmic methods for new radar signal preprocessing, and clutter identification and rejection algorithms that increase the number of non-clutter measurements available for local active sensor tracking of maneuvering targets, while reducing the probability of false detections.
