Research abstract

This proposal is for a Phase II contact of SBIR Topic#: N03-098 entitled Development of New Program-Specific Geometry Models. The Phase I work was performed under Contract No. N41756-03-M1172. The proposed product of Phase II efforts will be a comprehensive model development tool that will be used to prepare geometric and radiometric models for SPIRITS, CHAMP, and Real Time Champ signature prediction codes. The ultimate utility of the tool will be the enhanced capability to rapidly develop new, accurate aircraft models that can be used for survivability and Infrared (IR) Countermeasure (IRCM) analysis at Department of Defense facilities such as the Threat Processor in LOOP (TSPIL) facility at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Divisions, in China Lake CA.
