Research abstract

This proposal is submitted for research on using micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) technology to make unique, highly reliable, miniaturized capillary pumped coolers in the application of next generation space craft applications. The proposed miniaturized thermal-cooler can be fabricated on Si wafer or directly attached on ICs or sensing devices.
