Research abstract

Lutronics proposes a unique combination of an innovative multiple shallow quantum well concept, a new nano-approach, and a unique bulk material processing method, with which great breakthroughs in thermo-electrical figure-of-merit can be expected. The Phase I was intended for proving the proposed concept. Success of the Phase I research will lay down a solid foundation for the following Phase II researches.
