Research abstract

The proposed effort provides a single feed and reflector system capable of operating in the X-Band and Ka-Band frequency ranges simultaneously. The benefits to the development of this type of antenna include reduction in number of antenna systems to perform gateway services for the Wideband Gapfiller Satellite System. The feed system will be designed to operate on a 8-Meter antenna system to provide gateway services.
