Research abstract

Within their SBIR Topic N02-159 Phase II effort, Sensing Systems LLC (Sensing) will continue development of a software tool for improved digital motion imagery (MI) handling for the Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). The enclosed technical proposal is the associated technical planning portion of Sensing's Phase II proposal and represents the reciprocal efforts of Sensing and NAWCAD in determining a Phase II technical plan that, after completion, will deliver a marketable product for Sensing that meets all of NAWCAD's digital MI acquisition, archival, retrieval, annotation, processing, and display needs. Sensing will carry out this plan in its Phase II effort.
