Research abstract

Not Available CYBER Learning Corporation proposes a small business innovative research project (proof of concept) to apply fourth generation instructional design (ISD) models to the production of evaluation tools using the Situational Evaluation methodology component of the ISD4 model. The objective is to meet the needs of professionals (school districts), disabled individuals, their parents, and involved educators. Proof of concept for this project will be conducted, with the mentally challenged and learning disabled students in middle school. The customized templates/software integrated into the situational evaluation methodology will assist in the planning for the acquisition or re-purposing of instructional technology and media; enhancing the use of new and complicated hardware/software; and charting management changes and planning. The proposed project will analyze, investigate and produce a design document for a tool to improve learning environments for the disabled.
