Research abstract

SekiVieW, the parallel programmers, visualization workbench, will form the basis for an automated and semi-automated programmers' workbench. This workbench will include tools for distributed system design and modeling. By starting from the base of a tools with distribution and parallelization, the resulting project will provide a much lower risk route to achieving the Navy's needs than is possible starting from a base of ordinary CASE tools, none of which has any proven capability for distribution or parallelization of programs.
