Not Available A concept to provide advanced test and certification capabilities for shipboard systems is provided, the ScoreCARD Software System. ScoreCARD Software provides unique facilities to be focussed on the issues of test/certification functional testing, real-time response measurement and availability factors for systems comprised of software intensive COTS-based dynamic distributed systems. This certification capability will significantly increase the system reliability with reduced schedule requirements and cost savings (installation and life cycle maintenance).
