Research abstract
This project will result in a revolutionary capability to assess and enhance Warfighter readiness for soldiers operating within simulated or virtual training environments. The Situational Awareness - Simulation Training and Assessment Toolset (SA-STAT)provides a mechanism to unobtrusively measure situational awareness by utilizing a combination of state-of-the-art behavioral, performance and physiological devices and systems. The resulting application also provides an advanced scenario authoringmethodology, which equips trainers with the ability to assess solider readiness based on the most current training objectives.
