Research abstract

This prototype product line will result in a "health score card"/"clinical report card" forconsumers to be used to assist them with their decisions regarding health care choices. Consumersatisfaction, quality and clinical outcomes data from both the inpatient and outpatient settings, will beintegrated into a survey system supported by software, with databasing and report generatingcapabilities. Our products will be superior in that they will link patient perceptions of care and service,in inpatient and outpatient settings, with clinical outcomes. this innovative approach goes far beyondthe products and methods currently available that track and report inpatient information for either clinicaloutcomes or patient satisfaction.
