THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS EFFORT IS TO ESTABLISH PAYOFF MEASURMENT PARAMETERS AND ATTENDANT WEIGHTING VALUES/ RANGES FOR DISTRIBUTE DATA PROCESSING SYSTEMS FOR VARIOUS BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE (BMD) SYSTEM ARCHITECTURES. THESE PARAMETERS AND WEIGHTING SCHEMES WILL BE ESTABLISHED TO ACHIEVE OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, AS WELL AS THE DEFINITION, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES AND METHODOLOGIES DEVELOPED AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVED BY THE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CENTER (ATC) FOR DATA AND SOFTWARE PROCESS(ES) DEVELOPMENT.
