Research abstract
Interim Phase Status. Currently this Phase is in progress, and the planning documents required are in progress. This document is one of the deliverables of the Interim Phase. Phase 2 Focus. Phase 2 is focused on implementing adaptive technology andsupplemental curriculum for Anatomy and Physiology. Although commercialization issues are important, most of these issues will be deferred to the Commercialization Phase post Phase 2. Only relevant aspects will be included into Phase 2 planning andimplementation and these will be noted when applicable. The content and technology Medsn would produce for Phase II would be commercialized in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry and other markets. It will open a new market for an additionalrevenue stream. Medsn is currently focused on offering products and services to the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. Some of the company's current customer list includes AstraZeneca, Roche, Johnson & Johnson (various divisions), Eli Lilly,Medtronic and Guidant. There is an established need in these industries for training their Sales Representatives in Anatomy and Physiology related topics. Furthermore, the technology developed for Phase II would be adopted to enhance the instructionaldesign and delivery of instruction to our current customers. We will able to re-use and re-deploy the content that we are building for Phase II for current and future clients. The pharmaceutical and medical device companies which have over 85,000 salespeople in the U.S. can utilize various modules from Anatomy and Physiology curriculum that we will build in Phase II. Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies will able to utilize the modules being created as foundation level educational programs.Another potential new market would be the EMT Training market. The curriculum being developed for Phase II can be readily applied to educating Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), spanning the civilian and military markets. on key characteristics of thecivilian EMT market. We have to have a final product that we will able to test market with potential customers. During Phase 2 we will continue to develop the commercialization plan and conducting test marketing to validate the need for the learningmodules that will develop during Phase 2. Fully commercialization roll-out will occur after a full set of modules as outlined in this document are built and tested on our e-learning platform.
