Research abstract

The Photogrammetric Camera - as a rapid model prototyper can save the industry millions of man hours in intelligence data collection and physical model development. The indication of materials types and textures, combined with accurate dimensionality, will further enhance the utilization of these models in a plethora of artificial intelligence processes and target recognition studies. The proposed concept provides a low maintenance, low cost, reliable solution, for rapid generation of accurate 3-Dgeometry (and electromagnetically-accurate) models within a single computer peripheral deviceThe post potential applications for this technology are wide ranging. As mentioned throughout this proposal, the Photogrammetric Camera concept can easily beextended to remote sensing, target identification, concealed weapon detection, personnel finger printing, and ingress/egress surveillance monitors. Many of the requirements levied for remote sensing in homeland security are accommodated by thistechnology.
