SeekrFlow: Explainable, Cost-Effective, and Scalable LLM Development Platform for Army AI/ML Applications

The modern battlespace is increasingly data-driven, requiring Soldiers to spend excessive time manually processing information from systems like TITAN and EWPMT. Army units are exploring Large Language Models (LLMs) to address these challenges, but issues like limited real-world data, adversary manipulation, vendor lock-in, and a shortage of AI expertise hinder effective LLM adoption, leading to unreliable and inconsistent results. SeekrFlow is an AI platform that enables Soldiers to easily develop, deploy, and scale custom LLMs. It simplifies data preparation, training, and monitoring through a single interface, while its Principle Alignment feature fine-tunes models according to organizational principles, boosting accuracy and relevance. SeekrFlow’s AI Agentic Workflow automates data generation and labeling, speeding up development and reducing costs. The platform also provides model explainability with token-based Confidence Scores, allowing users to assess bias and improve trust in outputs. Supporting both Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and non-RAG approaches, SeekrFlow shortens time-to-value and reduces costs. It is hardware-agnostic, compatible with leading cloud providers and AI accelerators like Intel Gaudi, offering flexible deployments. SeekrFlow’s team of AI experts, along with third-party validation, ensures reliable and trustworthy LLM development. A Phase I will determine the feasibility of modifying and adapting the solution for Army AI/ML applications.
