Research abstract

BTech proposes the development of mid-frequency sonar transducers for hull and bow array sonar systems that have high sensitivity and shock survivability. Transducers are needed for next-generation sonar systems that advance sonar performance and are operational after shock events. BTech uses modeling, prototyping, experimentation and evaluation to advance the state-of-the-art performance of underwater transducers for naval applications.
