ACTUAL OPERATORS WOULD BE INTERVIEWED AND STUDIED, AS WELL AS EXPERT ANALYSIS OF IMAGES AND OPERATORS DECISIONS. IMAGE SHORTCOMINGS AND POTENTIAL IMPROVEMENTS WOULD BE IDENTIFIED. SEMIAUTOMATIC ASSISTS WOULD BE STUDIED.
