Research abstract
A series of novel fluorinated acyclonucleotides will be synthesized and evaluated for in vitro antiimmunodeficiency virus (HIV) activity. It is expected that selective fluorine substitution in suchsignificant changes in biological activity, thus providing new agents or lead compounds for anti-HIVapplications.
