Research abstract

The development of a capability to identify ground, ship, and aircraft targets with space based radar is proposed. The identification will be based on an advanced signal processing technology developed at MARK Resources which has proven to have been very successful in ground-to-air and air-to-ground applications. During Phase I yhe system requirements will be defined and the processing concepts will be demonstrated with actual radar data.
